In an effort to continue providing the best medical care to you, we are upgrading our website and "Secure Messaging Service”. As a result, we will discontinue our current website and "Secure Messaging Service" on December 31, 2009.
If you have completed an online iHealth record our office will print a copy from the old site to update our office medical records. This will be available to you after the transition.
Our new website www.cornerstonefamilyhealth.org will be available by the end of this year. Through the site we will keep you posted and send a message when “Secure Messaging” is ready for use.
We anticipate the new “Secure Messaging Service” becoming available in February so there will be a gap in the service.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your patience as we undergo these necessary changes.
